• Our floating classroom offers hands-on learning on the bay to teach history, seamanship, and environmental science. Our programs are compliant with Sunshine State Standards for science education.
  
• We work with schools and at-risk youth to help them develop a strong sense of self-esteem as they work in small groups sailing and living aboard a traditional tall ship.

• Our annual Water & Wooden BoatFestival is a community celebration with music, kid’s activities, environmental resource agencies and groups, with the purpose of building greater awareness of our marine waters and habitats.
  
• Another opportunity for people of all ages is to help build our own historic replica of a Gulf Coast schooner. Small traditional wooden boat building classes are also planned.
